“Dont think a weeks holiday has ever passed so quickly! we have loved our stay at Mill Cottage and have walked for hours daily in the surrounding beautiful countryside. Arriving to Zoe’s warm welcome at this cosy cottage was a delight: the woodburner lit and a tea tray laid with delicious welsh cakes.

It really is an ‘ away from it all’ spot to stay, secluded and totally peaceful. We would love to return.

Meals at The Tram Inn, Eardisley are excellent. We ate in the bar so the dog could stay with us. Lovely hosts and a warm buzz to the place - just make sure you book!. Hay on wye especially worth a visit on Thursday (Market day)”

“Despite the very changeable weather we have had a brilliant week at Mill Cottage. The gala day at the waterworks museum, Hereford was a cracking day out and a day browsing in the bookshops in Hay was a day well spent. The rest of the week we did what we came for .. nothing just reading a book or two in this amazing location and chillin out.
